Carolina man gets Tramlines ink after chance meeting

You'll never guess what happened at Tramlines this year! Our very own Hillsborough Park was the scene for a chance encounter that led to some rather permanent body art. We caught up with Paulette Edwards who met Mark and Chad amidst the festival fun.
